Originally produced by ID Cabasa and performed by rap veteran 2Phat alongside 9ice, “Bere Mi” was a defining track of its era in the early 2000s.
Now, with a fresh perspective and today’s unique soundscapes, the new version also produced by ID Cabasa bridges generations, blending nostalgic rhythms with contemporary street-hop energy. The third single off the “Unfinished Business” album, “Bere Mi” talks about the grind, how people kept the hope alive to achieve success with the support of family.
